Job Summary
Greet customers, offer personalized product recommendations, and close sales while maintaining accurate stock presentation and replenishment. Ensure the sales floor remains organized by processing transactions, updating signs and pricing, and supporting inventory moves. Educate clients on loyalty programs and warranty benefits to drive client retention and protect assets. Collaborate with the team to meet daily sales goals and uphold operational excellence in the Fine Jewelry department.
Required Qualifications
- Flexible availability, including days, evenings, weekends and holidays
- regular, dependable attendance and punctuality
- Understand and communicate effectively with customers, co-workers, and supervisors
- Read and understand employment policies and safety rules/procedures in English
- 1-2 years of related experience
- Standing for at least two consecutive hours
- lifting at least 25lbs.
