Job Summary
Fine Jewelry Sales Associate responsible for delivering outstanding customer service in the Fine Jewelry and Watch Complex, using product knowledge to educate customers and build lasting client relationships through consultative selling, loyalty program engagement, and proactive service. Responsibilities include promoting loyalty and warranty programs, assisting with inventory/merchandising, supporting events, ensuring accurate presentation of merchandise, processing transactions with POS tools, leveraging clienteling to drive loyalty, and meeting sales goals. Requires 1-2 years of related experience, flexible availability (including weekends/holidays), strong communication in English, and the ability to maintain a welcoming, knowledgeable shopping environment in a luxury retail setting.
