Job Summary
Greet customers, offer personalized product recommendations, and close sales within the Fine Jewelry and Watch Complex while maintaining an organized, shoppable floor. Process transactions using point-of-sale tools, manage inventory replenishment, and ensure accurate merchandise presentation and asset protection. Build lasting client relationships through consultative selling, active use of the loyalty program, and sharing warranty benefits to drive client retention. Meet daily sales goals and support special events while maintaining strict adherence to safety policies and operational standards.
Required Qualifications
- Flexible availability, including days, evenings, weekends and holidays with regular, dependable attendance and punctuality
- Must be able to: Understand and communicate effectively with customers, co-workers, and supervisors
- Must be able to: Read and understand employment policies and safety rules/procedures in English
- 1-2 years of related experience required
- Standing for at least two consecutive hours
- Lifting at least 25lbs.
- Stooping, kneeling, crouching, and climbing ladders
- Reaching, including above eye level
- Requires close vision, color vision, depth perception, and focus adjustment
- Frequent use of computers and other technology, necessary to perform job functions, including handheld equipment, cash register and ability to process register transactions
- All schedules contain weekend shifts as part of the requirements
