Job Summary
Fine Jewelry Retail Sales Associate at Macy’s provides outstanding customer service in the Fine Jewelry and Watch Complex, building relationships through consultative selling, product knowledge of gemstones and precious metals, and clienteling to promote loyalty initiatives. Responsibilities include promoting loyalty and warranty programs, supporting inventory and special events, ensuring secure and appealing presentation of merchandise, collaborating with team to meet sales goals, processing stock replenishment, and using POS/digital tools to enhance the customer experience. Requires ability to communicate effectively with customers and colleagues, understand employment policies in English, and meet regular weekend/evening availability. 1-2 years of related experience preferred.
