Job Summary
Manage payroll budgets, expenses, store banking, and shrink reduction while ensuring timely report completion to meet financial goals. Lead the sales team and receiving area by overseeing merchandising, associate development, customer service, and financial oversight. Ensure store standards, seasonal planning, and inventory processes meet operational expectations while developing talent and executing proper scheduling. Perform all functions to open and close the store as needed. Requires high school diploma, two years retail management experience, and flexibility for evening, weekend, and holiday shifts.
Required Qualifications
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 2 years' retail management experience with a mid to large size retailer
- Schedule flexibility to work evenings, weekends, holiday seasonal on a regular basis
- Must have a valid Driver's license
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds
- Ability to push and pull up to 35 pounds
- Ability to stand for extended periods and work in a safe manner
