Job Summary
Manage payroll budgets, expenses, store banking, and shrink reduction reports to meet financial and operational goals. Lead a sales team in merchandising, associate development, customer service, and financial oversight while ensuring store standards, seasonal planning, and inventory processes meet expectations. Develop talent plans for associate growth, handle proper scheduling and staffing, and perform all opening and closing duties as assigned. Requires 2+ years of retail management experience, evening/weekend/holiday flexibility, and a valid driver's license.
Required Qualifications
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 2 years' retail management experience with a mid to large size retailer
- Schedule flexibility to work evenings, weekends, holiday seasonal on a regular basis
- Must have a valid Driver's license
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds
- Ability to push and pull up to 35 pounds
- Ability to stand for extended periods and work in a safe manner
