Retail Co-Store Manager

Job Summary
Manage the Co-Store's sales floor and receiving area by assisting with payroll budgets, expenses, store banking, shrink reduction, and related reports. Lead a passionate sales team while delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring all company standards are consistently demonstrated. Oversee merchandising, associate development, inventory processes, seasonal transitions, and financial oversight to meet operational goals. Execute talent planning for associate growth and ensure proper scheduling meets business needs. Perform all functions to open and close the store as required. This role requires flexibility for evenings, weekends, and holiday seasons, with a valid driver's license and ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
Required Qualifications
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 2 years' retail management experience with a mid to large size retailer
- Schedule flexibility to work evenings, weekends, holiday seasonal on a regular basis
- Must have a valid Driver's license
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds
- Ability to push and pull up to 35 pounds
- Ability to stand for extended periods and work in a safe manner
