Job Summary
Manage the sales floor and receiving area by assisting with payroll budgets, expenses, store banking, and shrink reduction to meet financial goals. Deliver exceptional customer and associate service experiences while ensuring store standards, seasonal transitions, and inventory processes align with operational expectations. Develop talent plans for associate growth, maintain proper staffing schedules, and perform all opening, closing, and assigned duties as needed. This role requires evening, weekend, and holiday flexibility, a valid driver's license, and the ability to lift up to 50 pounds. Required Qualifications
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 2 years' retail management experience with a mid to large size retailer
- Schedule flexibility to work evenings, weekends, holiday seasonal on a regular basis
- Must have a valid Driver's license
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds
- Ability to push and pull up to 35 pounds
- Ability to stand for extended periods and work in a safe manner
