Retail Co-Store Manager

Job Summary
Manage payroll budgets, expenses, store banking, and shrink reduction while ensuring timely completion of related reports. Provide leadership for the sales floor and receiving area by overseeing merchandising, associate development, customer service, and financial oversight. Demonstrate exceptional service experiences and ensure store standards, seasonal planning, and inventory processes meet operational expectations. Develop talent planning for associate growth and ensure proper scheduling and staffing for business needs. Perform all functions to open and close the store when needed. This role requires flexibility for evenings, weekends, and holiday seasons, with a valid driver's license and ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
Required Qualifications
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 2 years' retail management experience with a mid to large size retailer
- Schedule flexibility to work evenings, weekends, holiday seasonal on a regular basis
- Must have a valid Driver's license
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds
- Ability to push and pull up to 35 pounds
- Ability to stand for extended periods and work in a safe manner
