Job Summary
Manage payroll budgets, expenses, store banking, and shrink reduction while completing related reports to meet financial and operational goals. Lead the sales team in merchandising, associate development, customer service, and financial oversight, ensuring store standards, seasonal planning, and inventory processes meet expectations. Execute talent planning for associate growth, ensure proper staffing for business needs, and perform all opening, closing, and assigned duties. Requires two years of retail management experience, flexibility for evening and holiday shifts, and a valid driver's license.
Required Qualifications
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 2 years' retail management experience with a mid to large size retailer
- Schedule flexibility to work evenings, weekends, holiday seasonal on a regular basis
- Must have a valid Driver's license
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds
- Ability to push and pull up to 35 pounds
- Ability to stand for extended periods and work in a safe manner
