Job Summary
The Co-Store Manager is responsible for leading the successful operation of the sales floor and receiving area. Key responsibilities include assisting with payroll budgets, managing financial and operational goals, and ensuring compliance with company standards in customer service. The role requires developing a talented team, executing scheduling and staffing needs, and maintaining merchandising and inventory processes. Qualified candidates must have retail management experience, flexibility in scheduling, and physical ability to meet job demands.
Required Qualifications
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 2 years’ retail management experience with a mid to large size retailer
- Schedule flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Must have a valid Driver’s license
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds
- Ability to push and pull up to 35 pounds
- Ability to stand for extended periods
Desired Qualifications
- Experience with major retail chains such as Walmart, 5 Below, and similar organizations
