Retail Co-Store Manager

Co-Store Manager leading the sales floor and receiving area, supervising a team to deliver exceptional associate and customer experiences. Responsibilities include merchandising, associate development, customer service, financial oversight, payroll budgeting, expenses, store banking, shrink reduction, reporting, staffing and scheduling, and ensuring operation standards, seasonal transitions, inventory processes, and company programs meet goals. Demonstrates Ollie’s service behaviors and drives talent planning, open/close duties, and additional duties as assigned. Requires High School diploma or equivalent and 2+ years retail management experience; evening/weekend/holiday flexibility; valid driver’s license; ability to lift up to 50 lbs, push/pull up to 35 lbs, and stand for extended periods.
