Retail Co-Store Manager

Job Summary
Manage payroll budgets, expenses, store banking, and shrink reduction while assisting the Store Team Leader to meet financial and operational goals. Lead a sales team by overseeing merchandising, associate development, customer service, and financial oversight across the entire sales floor and receiving area. Ensure store standards, seasonal transition planning, and inventory processes meet operational expectations. Develop talent plans to support associate growth and maintain proper scheduling and staffing for business needs. Perform store open and close functions as required. This role requires a manager with two years of retail experience in mid-to-large retailers, flexibility for evening, weekend, and holiday shifts, and a valid driver's license.
Required Qualifications
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 2 years' retail management experience with a mid to large size retailer
- Schedule flexibility to work evenings, weekends, holiday seasonal on a regular basis
- Must have a valid Driver's license
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds
- Ability to push and pull up to 35 pounds
- Ability to stand for extended periods and work in a safe manner
