Job Summary
Co-Store Manager to support the Store Team Leader with payroll budgets, expenses, store banking, shrink reduction, and timely completion of related reports; lead a sales team in merchandising, associate development, customer service, and financial oversight; ensure store standards, seasonal transitions, inventory processes, and company programs meet operational goals; develop talent plans, oversee proper scheduling and staffing, and perform opening/closing duties as needed; required High School diploma or equivalent and 2+ years retail management experience; scheduling flexibility for evenings, weekends, and holidays; valid driver’s license; physical requirements for lifting, pushing, and standing. Required Qualifications
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 2 years’ retail management experience with a mid to large size retailer
- Schedule flexibility to work evenings, weekends, holiday seasonal on a regular basis
- Must have a valid Driver’s license
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds
- Ability to push and pull up to 35 pounds
