Job Summary
Develop and manage dealer relationships to increase auto application volume and loan production sales. Prospect new clients, articulate program benefits, and manage all portfolio aspects post-signing to ensure mutual partnership success. Work with underwriting and fulfillment partners to monitor dealer activity and negative news, minimizing risk exposure while driving referrals to enterprise capabilities. Capture market intelligence and deliver feedback to leadership, representing Consumer Vehicle Lending at client engagement events and industry conferences. Requires 5+ years in retail financing sales and ability to work independently with long-distance travel.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years experience selling retail financing to automotive dealerships or equivalent outside sales experience
- Strong communication and negotiation skills to effectively sell our value proposition and to maintain Dealer relationships
- The ability to be a strong individual contributor with a team player attitude
- The ability to drive long distances with possible overnight stays
- High School Diploma / GED / Secondary School or equivalent
