Job Summary
Greet customers entering the shop, assist with locating merchandise, display items neatly, restock and check expiration dates, discard expired items, keep storeroom clean, complete customer purchases and handle payments, process returns/refunds/exchanges, verify customer IDs as required, maintain cash levels in the drawer and ensure deposits are verified, follow opening/closing checklists, secure shop and monitor activities to prevent losses, report accidents or unsafe conditions, follow company policies, maintain professional appearance and confidentiality, communicate clearly, develop positive relationships with coworkers, comply with quality standards, and be able to lift up to 10 pounds and stand or walk for extended periods; perform other duties as requested.
