Job Summary
Retail Clerk provides customer service, processes payments, and maintains the sales floor in a Goodwill Retail Services environment. The role supports the organization’s mission and values, requiring basic math, reading/writing, and computer skills, plus at least one year of retail experience with cash handling. This is a part-time, non-exempt position supervised by the Retail Store Manager, focused on teamwork, ethics, and delivering high-quality customer interactions while contributing to store goals.
Required Qualifications
- To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
- One year of experience in a retail environment with some cash handling experience required.
- Basic mathematical skills and the ability to read English.
- Intermediate knowledge of computers, keyboarding, and photography.
