Job Summary
Greet customers upon entry, assist with merchandise location, and display items attractively. Process payments, returns, and exchanges while verifying identification and maintaining accurate cash levels. Restock inventory, check expiration dates, and keep the storeroom clean. Secure the shop, monitor for theft, and report accidents or unsafe conditions. Follow opening and closing checklists, adhere to all company policies, and maintain professional appearance. Perform physical tasks including standing, lifting under 10 pounds, and moving objects.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent
- Reach, bend, twist, pull, and stoop
- Move, lift, or carry objects weighing less than or equal to 10 pounds
- Stand, sit, or walk for an extended period of time
