Retail Cleaning Associate

Maintain a clean and organized store environment by operating scrubbers and buffers, dust mopping, damp mopping, sweeping, vacuuming, and spot cleaning glass and windows. Adhere to operational, merchandise, and loss prevention standards while cross-training across multiple store areas including the backroom, front end, and sales floor. Support front end coverage needs, participate in daily store recovery, and uphold merchandising philosophy and signage standards. Respond to Front End coverage requests and maintain cleanliness standards across the sales floor, single queue, associate lounge, backroom, and restrooms. Ensure all health and safety policies are followed, including refilling essential items in lounges and restrooms. Communicate effectively with management and associates while upholding labor laws and break period policies.
