Job Summary
Develop and execute Red Bull's sales strategy for modern trade channels, including supermarkets and chain stores, to deliver sales, volume, and profitability targets for major national Off Premise Customers. Establish productive relationships with key personnel, negotiate agreements, and resolve customer issues to maintain trust while leading joint account planning for one- and three-year objectives. Manage budget ownership over channel VCM, track expenditure, and propose new brands or execution tools to fuel category growth. Collaborate cross-functionally with trade marketing, supply chain, and finance to ensure product availability, correct claims processing, and proper brand support. Monitor market competitors, develop mitigating strategies, and manage distributor partner KPIs and team development. This entrepreneurial role requires 6+ years of FMCG key account experience and strong analytical and negotiation skills to secure leadership within the category.
Required Qualifications
- 6+ Years of experience in Key Accounts management in an FMCG
- Strategic ability -- develop specific, valuable, innovative, and commercially focused strategies but also grasp the 'bigger picture'
- Commercial acumen -- strong understanding of sales processes and financial systems
- Analytical skills -- strong planning and negotiation skills. Able to analyze sales and customer data, take the best conclusion, develop initiatives with the highest value for the shopper, customer, and Red Bull
- Negotiation experience -- successful retail negotiation experience and problem-solving skills
- Presentation skills -- demonstrate great presentation skills that provide highly relevant and commercially viable strategies/processes in a clear, concise, and empowering way
