Job Summary
Strategic data-driven category planning and floor-space optimization to improve retailer performance; responsibilities include creating assortment plans, designing data-driven floor space and shelf plans, conducting analytical reviews of floor plans, developing cluster plans using DotActiv software, profiling clusters to provide actionable insights to clients, and guiding retail customers. Requirements include a degree in a related field, 2+ years in retail, strong analytical and communication skills, MS Office, driver's license and own transport, English proficiency, and the ability to represent the DotActiv brand. Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Consumer Science, Business/Marketing or Supply Chain related field
- 2+ years of similar and relevant experience in the Retail Sector
- Strong interpersonal, analytical and communication skills
- MS Office proficiency
- Driver’s license and own transport
- English strong verbal and written communication
- Team player
- Strong organisational and prioritisation skills
- Self-motivated and results oriented
- Ability to represent the DotActiv brand as a specialist
- High degree of internal client engagement
- Experience in data analysis techniques and applying them to business situations
