Job Summary
Deliver a highly satisfied customer experience by engaging with all customers, embodying customer experience principles, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment. Accurately ring purchases, returns, and count change back to customers while adhering to operational, merchandise, and loss prevention standards. Process merchandise for the sales floor, support store recovery as needed, and participate in shrink reduction goals and safety awareness programs. May be cross-trained to work in multiple store areas. This role supports the vibrant team culture at TJX Companies, a Fortune 100 off-price retailer with nearly 4,700 stores globally.
Required Qualifications
- Possesses excellent customer service skills
- Able to work a flexible schedule to support business needs
- Possesses strong communication and organizational skills with attention to detail
- Capable of multi-tasking
- Capable of lifting heavy objects with or without reasonable accommodation
