Job Summary
Retail Cashier at Tailwind Concessions handling transactions accurately and efficiently, providing exceptional customer service, maintaining store appearance, stocking shelves, and assisting guests with purchases. Responsibilities include greeting customers, inspecting gift shop and packaged food area, processing sales using POS, staying informed on promotions, scanning items for pricing accuracy, handling returns/exchanges per policy, stocking and maintaining organization, conducting product demonstrations, ensuring policy compliance, resolving customer concerns professionally, and performing additional duties as assigned. Key skills include cash handling, customer service, effective communication, basic math, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and proficiency with POS systems.
Required Qualifications
- Proven experience in cash handling and customer service

- Proficiency with POS systems
- Must be able to pass background check to receive an airport badge
