Job Summary
Greet customers with a warm smile and deliver a fast, accurate checkout experience while processing transactions responsibly, including alcohol and tobacco sales. Promote current sales and specials through suggestive selling to enhance the customer experience. Maintain cleanliness inside and outside the store, including fuel islands, and stock shelves, coolers, and displays with fresh, organized products. Assist in maintaining foodservice and coffee areas by cleaning and restocking. Follow all food safety, sanitation, and labeling procedures while supporting team members and completing additional duties as assigned. Required Qualifications
- Must be 21 years old to work in this role
- Must be 21+ to meet legal age requirements for regulated product sales
- Our stores require flexible availability for a 24/7 operation (including nights, weekends, and holidays)
- Must be able to stand for an extended period
- Must frequently lift and/or move up to 20 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to 65 pounds
- Work safely in work conditions that include heat, cold, allergen, noise, and fume/chemical/odor from gasoline and cleaning chemicals
Desired Qualifications
- Previous retail, cashier, or customer service experience a plus, but not required
- Strong communication skills and a friendly, helpful attitude
