Job Summary
Greet customers with a warm smile and deliver a fast, accurate checkout experience while suggesting sales and specials. Process transactions responsibly, including alcohol and tobacco, and maintain cleanliness inside and outside the store, including fuel islands. Stock shelves, coolers, and displays with fresh products, and assist in maintaining foodservice and coffee areas by following all food safety and sanitation procedures. Support team members and complete additional duties as assigned. This part-time role requires flexible availability for a 24/7 operation, including nights, weekends, and holidays, with a minimum age of 21.
Required Qualifications
- Must be 21+ to meet legal age requirements for regulated product sales
- Our stores require flexible availability for a 24/7 operation (including nights, weekends, and holidays)
- Must be able to stand for an extended period
- Must frequently lift and/or move up to 20 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to 65 pounds
- Work safely in work conditions that include heat, cold, allergen, noise, and fume/chemical/odor from gasoline and cleaning chemicals
Desired Qualifications
- Previous retail, cashier, or customer service experience a plus, but not required
- Strong communication skills and a friendly, helpful attitude
- A commitment to delivering outstanding customer experiences
- Ability to work as part of a team and take initiative independently
- Quick thinking, adaptable, and dependable
