Job Summary
Retail Cashier at MERS/Missouri Goodwill in Glen Carbon Store. Responsibilities include greeting customers, assisting on the sales floor, handling purchases and transactions at the cash register (cash, credit card), answering phones with a professional greeting, stocking and maintaining store presentation, seeking manager assistance for returns or customer complaints, ensuring store cleanliness and safety, building positive relationships with team members, and adhering to policies and dress code. The role is part-time with a starting hourly rate of $15.50 and potential monthly bonus up to $250; benefits and other programs are available.
Required Qualifications

- High School Diploma/GED preferred
- The ability to communicate effectively with co-workers, customers, and management
- Must be organized and capable of interacting with a diverse work population
- Necessary math skills include addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division
