Job Summary
Retail Cashier Floater position supporting multiple store locations within a designated region. Responsibilities include greeting customers, fast and accurate checkout, promoting promotions, stocking and rotating products, maintaining store cleanliness, complying with policies and safety procedures, handling deposits for floaters, and assisting with fueling and windshield cleaning where needed. Requires reliable flexibility to travel and cover various shifts; prior retail or cashier experience preferred; strong customer service, ability to work independently and as part of a team, and comfort in a fast-paced environment. Required Qualifications
- Must be 21+ for this role
- Shift: Full-time with open availability between 8:00am - Midnight
- Duties/Responsibilities: greet customers, checkout, stock and rotate products, maintain cleanliness, comply with policies, follow laws regarding sale of restricted items (alcohol, tobacco)
- Duties/Responsibilities: assist with fueling and windshield cleaning in Oregon (and where needed)
- Book Floaters: reconcile paperwork and complete daily deposits
- Skills/Qualifications: reliable flexibility, willing to travel and cover shifts
- Retail or cashier experience preferred
- Strong customer service skills
- Willingness to learn and grow within the company
- Able to work independently while being part of a team
- Comfortable with fast-paced environments and multitasking
- Committed to doing the right thing and leading by example
