Job Summary
Provide excellent customer experiences by greeting customers, understanding their needs, and supporting their shopping experience. Process sales transactions and returns per Front-End procedures; promote loyalty, warranties, and credit enrollments; uphold safety, loss prevention, and store policies; maintain a welcoming environment and assist teammates across store operations.
Required Qualifications
- Prior retail sales, cashier, or customer-focused experience preferred.
- Ability to stand, bend, stoop, reach, push, pull and lift up 15 to 35 lbs. items occasionally (up to 5 times per hour).
- Ability to work extended periods of time (up to 4 hours) standing or walking.
- Ability to perform repetitive motions for short periods of time (up to 2 hours continuously).
- Promote company programs (customer loyalty, warranty sales, private label credit card enrollment).
- Adhere to safety, loss prevention and SOPs.
