Greet customers and proactively approach shoppers to understand their needs while providing excellent service through in-depth product knowledge. Process sales transactions and returns in accordance with established Front-End procedures, and promote company programs such as loyalty enrollment and warranty sales. Adhere to safety, loss prevention, and standard operating procedures while maintaining confidentiality and fostering an inclusive environment where all feel welcome and respected. Take an all-hands-on-deck approach to support the team across the store and perform other tasks as assigned by management.
