Job Summary
Cashier at DICK’S Sporting Goods responsible for providing excellent customer experiences through proactive, informed assistance; handle sales transactions and returns per Front-End procedures; promote loyalty programs and ancillary offerings; uphold safety, loss prevention, and SOPs; create an inclusive, collaborative store environment; support the team across store operations and perform tasks as assigned. Must greet customers, understand needs, and demonstrate product knowledge while standing/walking for extended periods and occasionally lifting up to 35 lbs.
Required Qualifications
- Prior retail sales, cashier, or customer-focused experience preferred.
