Job Summary
Greet customers and proactively understand their needs to support their shopping experience. Process sales transactions and returns while adhering to Front-End procedures and promoting loyalty programs and warranty sales. Maintain safety, loss prevention, and standard operating procedures while creating an inclusive environment where everyone feels welcome and respected. Perform other tasks as assigned by management. Requires standing or walking for extended periods and lifting items up to 35 lbs.
Required Qualifications
- Ability to stand, bend, stoop, reach, push, pull and lift up 15 to 35 lbs. items occasionally (up to 5 times per hour)
- Ability to work extended periods of time (up to 4 hours) standing or walking
- Ability to perform repetitive motions for short periods of time (up to 2 hours continuously)
Desired Qualifications
- Prior retail sales, cashier, or customer-focused experience preferred
