Retail Cashier/ Customer Service

Job Summary
Deliver fast, friendly checkout experience and assist customers in-store; unload trucks, stock merchandise, and maintain in-stock shelves through planograms and POS/OPIS processes. Cross-trained in Custom Framing selling and production; engage customers with rewards and private label credit card enrollments; support omnichannel processes (Buy Online Pickup in Store, Ship From Store), participate in VOC surveys, and follow SOPs and safety standards. Promote a positive image, collaborate with team members, and contribute to store recovery, merchandising, and in-stock execution. Provide assistance across responsibilities including merchandise recovery, AD sets, and store maintenance while delivering excellent customer service and adherance to company policies. Education, experience, and skills include retail/customer service background, ability to stand for long periods, lift heavy objects, and work nights/weekends as needed; benefits and equal opportunity employment information are outlined by the employer.
Required Qualifications
