Job Summary
Retail Cashier Associate position (part-time) at Big 5 Sporting Goods. Responsibilities include operating and managing the front counter POS system, delivering excellent customer service, welcoming customers, addressing inquiries, directing sales associates via PA system, handling cash, bagging purchases, keeping the sales floor clean and stocked, receiving shipments, and performing additional duties as assigned. Key skills and requirements include strong communication, reliable and detail-oriented work ethic, basic math, ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, and a basic knowledge of sporting goods is a plus. Required Qualifications
