Job Summary
Big 5 Sporting Goods is seeking a Retail Cashier Associate responsible for overseeing the front counter POS terminal. Key responsibilities include cash-handling, bagging merchandise, greeting customers, handling phone inquiries, directing sales associates, stocking shelves, and maintaining the sales floor's merchandise. Candidates must be at least 18 years old, possess a High School diploma or equivalent, have basic math and organizational skills, and demonstrate effective communication abilities.
