Job Summary
Operate the front counter point-of-sale system while managing customer inquiries, directing sales associates via PA, and handling cash transactions. Recommend products, bag merchandise, and maintain a clean, fully stocked sales floor. Receive shipment deliveries and perform additional duties as assigned. This part-time role offers a flexible schedule, employee merchandise and ticket discounts, and paid sick leave.
Required Qualifications
- 18 years of age or older
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic organizational and/or applicable math skills
- Detail-oriented and reliable
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Must possess basic knowledge of sporting goods
- Must regularly work at least 1560 hours per year to maintain Medical, Dental eligibility
- Must work at least 1000 hours per year to qualify for 401k eligibility
