Job Summary
Greet guests and co-workers professionally, collect customer information, and process merchandise using the point-of-sale system. Handle and bag items, coordinate loading assistance, and direct shoppers to Inside Sales Associates for product selection help. Answer phone inquiries, provide sales quotes, and research inventory while maintaining a clean sales floor through pricing, stocking, and display organization. Participate in store events including physical inventories and sales meetings, and uphold safety standards by reporting suspicious activity. Full-time hours Monday-Friday 7am-5:30pm and Saturday 8am-5:30pm.
Required Qualifications
- Previous retail or customer service experience
- Basic computer skills and the ability to learn new software
- Good communication skills in person, over the phone, and through email
- The ability to work Saturdays
- Frequently lift up to 30 lbs.
- Occasionally lift up to 50 lbs.
- Stand and walk for the duration of your shift
- Frequently bend, sit, squat, lift overhead, push, pull, kneel, and reach
