Job Summary
Welcome and assist customers by helping them find everything necessary to complete their projects in one trip. Work directly with clients in a fast-paced, high-energy environment, standing for most of your 6 to 8-hour shift while lifting 25 to 30 lbs. We provide extensive training on hardware know-how for those new to the role, ensuring you can build life skills and support our community mission. This position offers a work/life balance with two weeks' schedule notice in advance.
Required Qualifications
- Must lift 25 to 30 lbs
- You must be outgoing, friendly, and helpful
- You must be able to work on your feet for most of your shift (6 to 8 hours)
- You must be available for weekend shifts
- You must be able to work in a fast-paced and fun environment
- You must be able to work directly with customers
- You must be able to help customers find everything necessary to complete their project in one trip
- You must be able to welcome customers
Desired Qualifications
- Previous hardware experience is a plus but not a requirement
