Job Summary
Greet and assist guests in Ace Hardware & Paint, helping them find items to complete their projects in one trip. Engage customers with a friendly, outgoing attitude; provide knowledgeable assistance and demonstrate Ace’s commitment to helpful, fast-paced service. Perform cashier duties and ensure accurate transactions, while maintaining store standards and merchandise stocking. Assist with unloading trucks and stocking, including end caps and side panels. Maintain cleanliness and organization, follow management directions, participate in training from day one, and contribute to a positive team environment. Benefits include PTO, health/dental/vision insurance for full-time, 401K after six months, and employee discounts. Role requires being on your feet for 6–8 hours and ability to lift up to 50lbs; uniform is provided. Location: Laramie, WY US.
Required Qualifications
- Ability to lift up to 50lbs consistently
- Willingness to participate in training and complete duties as assigned

- Able to stand for long periods
- Previous retail/hardware experience a plus but not required
