Greet customers daily, welcome them to the store, and create a welcoming, fun, and inclusive environment. Teach customers how the consignment process works and get them excited about selling their clothes. Act with integrity, embody core values of service and education, and connect with all customers to help them. Clean, organize, and merchandise items to maintain the best possible shopping and working environment. Show up on time, remain flexible to support your team and customers as needed, and enjoy organizing. You must be able to work a minimum of 12 hours per week, have 6+ months of retail experience, possess a good eye for fashion and current trends, and be authorized to work in the United States.
