Job Summary
As a Crossroads Buyer, you will hand select items to sell in our stores and provide a high-level of customer service, engaging customers and creating a welcoming, fun environment. You will learn and grow across buying, merchandising, and inventory practices while maintaining trust with our customer base. You are a team player who is adaptable, authentic, fashion-focused, and people-first, committed to service, inclusion, and education. You will greet customers, educate them on how we work, and uphold integrity and reliability in daily operations, with opportunities for advancement and development within a sustainable fashion movement.
Required Qualifications
- Must be able to work a minimum of 30 hours per week.
- 6+ months of retail experience.
- Have a good eye for fashion and current trends.
- Must be authorized to work in the United States.
