Job Summary
In this role as a Retail Broker, you will secure new business opportunities in the Retail sector through prospecting, networking, and relationship building. You will be responsible for driving revenue growth and collaborating with other teams across product lines. The ideal candidate will have at least 4 years of commercial real estate sales experience, a valid real estate license in California, and strong knowledge of lease structures. You should possess excellent organizational and communication skills, along with prior experience using CRM programs.
Required Qualifications
- 4/+ years of commercial real estate sales experience
- Licensed Real Estate practitioner with the State of CA
- Strong knowledge of lease structures including NNN, modified gross, and full-service leases
- Excellent organizational, interpersonal quantitative, writing and communication skills
- Prior experience using CRM programs
