Job Summary
Manage retail dining operations at Halal Shack and BB.Q Chicken locations, overseeing production, quality, and control while directly supervising two or more employees. Develop and execute retail services plans to improve service, quality, and profitability, ensuring safety and sanitation standards are met in all areas. Identify client needs, communicate operational progress, and deliver financial targets through efficient cost controls and profit management. Supervise team performance, conduct period inventory, and coordinate activities with internal departments and vendors. Maintain effective client rapport and establish systems for ordering, receiving, and menu planning.
Required Qualifications
- At least 4 years of experience
- 1-3 years of experience in a management role
- Previous experience in retail
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to demonstrate excellent customer service using Aramark's standard service model
- Requires occasional lifting, carrying, pushing, and pulling up to 50 lb.
- Must be able to stand for extended periods of time
