Job Summary
Engage with retail shoppers to promote HVAC services, system tune-ups, and indoor air quality solutions while acting as a brand ambassador for ARS. Explain service options and upgrades, then schedule in-home consultations and appointments with service technicians. This role focuses on lead generation and customer education within national home improvement stores, offering weekly pay, uncapped commission, and a career path into Sales Advisor positions. Weekend availability and in-office meetings are required.
Required Qualifications
- Positive and energetic personality with strong people skills
- Comfortable approaching and speaking with customers in a retail environment, acting as a product-consultant and support lead-generation efforts
- Ability to stand and walk during shifts
- Weekend and some holiday availability
- Reliable transportation
- Clean, professional appearance representing the ARS brand
- Ability to attend weekly in-office meetings
- Employment is contingent on a background check in accordance with applicable law
Desired Qualifications
