Interact face-to-face with customers in big box retail stores and events to promote products and generate interest for home renovation services. Represent the brand with confidence while initiating conversations to arrange free in-home consultations. Set appointments and assist customers clearly and friendly, collaborating with a high-performing team to meet daily and weekly goals. This part-time role offers guaranteed base pay plus uncapped performance bonuses, with top performers earning up to $40 per hour. Candidates need reliable transportation as the position may require visiting multiple locations or community events daily.
