Job Summary
Deliver elevated hospitality by welcoming customers with warmth, providing personalized sleep solutions, and executing in-home design consultations. Build lasting relationships through consultative selling, clienteling, and proactive follow-up while maintaining visual merchandising standards and store operational routines. Achieve individual sales goals by partnering with teammates, cross-selling products, and participating in community-driven store events. Ensure the store remains guest-ready through daily housekeeping, cash handling, and adherence to safety protocols. Maintain a flexible schedule covering evenings, weekends, and holidays as assigned.
Required Qualifications
- 1+ year of retail sales experience
- Passion for hospitality and creating meaningful customer relationships
- Experience with consultative selling, clienteling, or delivering personalized customer service
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Positive attitude with the ability to build rapport and engage customers naturally
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Comfortable using Google Workspace (Docs, Drive, Sheets), POS systems, and other retail technology
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
- Ability to climb ladders or step stools
- Ability to perform in-home services
- Must be able to complete all physical requirements of the job with or without reasonable accommodation
