Job Summary
Engage with retail shoppers to promote HVAC services, system tune-ups, and indoor air quality solutions while educating customers on service options and upgrades. Act as a brand ambassador representing Andy's Statewide Heating and Cooling, explaining comfort improvements and introducing homeowners to professional consultations. Function as a lead generator and appointment setter by scheduling in-home consultations and tune-ups with service technicians. Earn $18–$20 per hour plus commission, with an average earning potential of $20–$30 per hour. Schedule includes Monday through Sunday hours, with part-time and full-time opportunities available.
Required Qualifications
- Positive and energetic personality with strong people skills
- Comfortable approaching and speaking with customers in a retail environment, acting as a product-consultant and support lead-generation efforts
- Ability to stand and walk during shifts
- Weekend and some holiday availability
- Reliable transportation
- Clean, professional appearance representing the ARS brand
- Ability to attend weekly in-office meetings
- Employment is contingent on a background check in accordance with applicable law
Desired Qualifications
- Retail, kiosk, Door-to-Door, or sales experience preferred (not required)
