Job Summary
Interact face-to-face with customers in big box retail stores and events to promote products and generate interest. Represent the brand with confidence while initiating conversations to arrange free in-home consultations for home renovation services. Set appointments and assist customers clearly, then collaborate with a high-performing team to meet daily and weekly goals. This role requires weekend availability, reliable transportation for multiple locations, and a friendly attitude. Full-time employees receive paid training, uncapped bonuses, benefits, and PTO.
