Job Summary
Interact with customers face-to-face in big box retail stores and events to promote products and generate interest for home renovation services. Represent the brand with confidence while initiating conversations to arrange free in-home consultations and set appointments. Collaborate with a high-performing team to meet daily and weekly sales goals. This role requires weekend availability, reliable transportation for multiple locations, and a friendly attitude toward working with the public. Full-time employees receive a guaranteed base pay of $50,000 to $60,000 plus uncapped bonuses, benefits, PTO, and 401K. Paid training is provided for entry-level candidates, with advancement opportunities available.
