Job Summary
Interact face-to-face with customers in big box retail stores and events to promote products and generate interest for home renovation services. Represent the brand with confidence while initiating conversations to arrange free in-home consultations. Set appointments and assist customers clearly and friendly, collaborating with a high-performing team to meet daily and weekly goals. This role requires weekend availability, reliable transportation for multiple daily locations, and a genuine interest in working with the public. Full-time employees receive guaranteed base pay, uncapped bonuses, benefits, PTO, and 401K.
