Job Summary
Interact face-to-face with customers in big box retail stores and events to promote products and initiate conversations for free in-home consultations. Represent the brand with confidence while setting appointments and assisting clients in arranging home renovation services. Collaborate with a high-performing team to meet daily and weekly sales goals. This role requires weekend availability, reliable transportation for multiple daily locations, and a friendly attitude. Candidates with experience in face-to-face marketing, customer service, or retail are preferred, though entry-level applicants are welcome. Full-time employees receive paid training, benefits, and uncapped bonuses.
